Estonia may be represented in issuing visas by some other Schengen Member State in a country, in which Estonia has no foreign mission. It is possible to apply for short-term visas, transit visas and airport transit visas form the Member State's foreign representation that is representing Estonia. Long term visas need to be applied for from the nearest Estonian foreign representation.
Please be advised that you need not submit the invitation confirmed by the Citizenship and Migration Board when applying for a visa in the foreign mission of a representing Member State. For more detailed information concerning documents to be submitted for visa application please contact the embassy of the Member State representing Estonia.
